Sheriff High and Members of The Sheriff’s Office Participate in the 2012 Teen Dating/ Domestic Violence Summit

Sheriff Melvin C. High and other members of the Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Office participated in Judge Herman C. Dawson’s 2012 Teen Dating/ Domestic Violence Summit.  
The topics discussed at the summit included Anger Management/ Conflict Resolution, Parental Accountability, Teen Dating Violence, Social Media and Faces of Dating Violence.
Agency members participating in the event: From Community Partnerships Sergeant Yakiesha Hines, Corporal Alaina Gay, and Community Outreach Coordinator Phil Lee. Agency Inspector General Mark Spencer, Domestic Violence Advocates Bethany Bordeux and Barbara Harvard, and Former PGSO Explorer and Advisor Devan Martin.
Other state and local government officials in attendance included Lieutenant Governor Anthony G. Brown, Prince George’s County and 7th Judicial Circuit Administrative Judge, Sheila Tillerson Adams, County Executive Rushern Baker, and County State’s Attorney Angela Alsobrooks.
