Deputies Arrest Suspect for Failure to Appear to Armed Robbery Sentencing



Upper Marlboro, MD…The Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest last Wednesday of Anthony Corbin after the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County issued a warrant for Corbin on March 2, 2012 for Failure to Appear (FTA) for sentencing for an Armed Robbery charge.


Deputies investigating Corbin’s whereabouts were led to an address in the 8400 block of Greenbelt Road in Greenbelt, where Deputies assigned to the U.S. Marshal’s Regional Warrant Task Force located and apprehended Corbin without incident.


A total of 4 warrants were closed as a result of Corbin’s arrest. He was transported to County Police District I detectives.


Corbin was also charged with three counts of 1st and 2nd degree Assault, use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence, attempted robbery, and conspiracy to robbery with a deadly weapon.
