Upper Marlboro, MD… The Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest Wednesday of Charles Beach Jr. on 4 separate arrest warrants issued December 6, 2012, for Failure to Appear in court for Burglary and Theft charges.
According to the warrants, Beach failed to appear in court after being charged with burglary and theft at three locations in Prince George’s County between July 30, 2011 and January 26, 2012. In each case, Beach allegedly broke into a location and stole money from the vending machines. Beach caused a total $2,400.00 in property damage and stole over $5,500.

Deputies investigating Beach’s whereabouts were led to 16000 block of Crain Hwy. in Brandywine, MD, where he was located. Beach attempted to elude deputies by trying to jump out of a window, but he was quickly apprehended.

Beach was transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections - charged with Failure to Appear for Fourth Degree Burglary, Felony Theft and two counts of Misdemeanor Theft.
