Upper Marlboro, MD… Seven members of the Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Office, including Chief Assistant Sheriff Darrin Palmer, took to the chilly waters of the Chesapeake Bay last Friday for the 16th Annual Polar Bear Plunge at Sandy Point State Park.
