Deputies Close 4 Warrants with Arrest of Drug Possession Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest Thursday of Kirk Price on multiple arrest warrants for failure to appear in court for drug charges, second degree assault and violation of probation, issued by the Circuit Court of Prince George’s County, MD, on November 9, 2012.
 
Deputies investigating Price’s whereabouts were led to a residence in the 3800 block of St. Barnabas Rd. in Suitland, MD, where they located and arrested him. Following the arrest, deputies discovered a large amount of suspected marijuana and methylenedioxymethamphetam
ine (MDMA) capsules, a Mac-eleven machine pistol with ammunition, $7, 062.00 in U.S. currency, and a digital scale.


Deputies contacted the County Police Narcotics Enforcement Division who responded and took over the drug investigation.

The Circuit Court for Prince George’s County was notified of Price’s arrest and he was transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections – charged with Failure to Appear, Second Degree Assault, and Violation of Probation. Additional charges are pending in the related narcotics possession case.
