Upper Marlboro, MD… The Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest last Wednesday of Paul Earnest Fleming of District Heights, MD on an indictment for Possession of a Firearm after a felony conviction, which was issued by the Circuit Court of Prince George's County on April 23, 2014.
Warrant and Fugitive Deputies located Fleming at a residence in the 1900 hundred block of Rochelle Ave in District Heights. As they attempted to take him into custody Deputies noticed the stock of a gun in plain view after a relative went to retrieve shoes from Fleming’s closet.
