Warrant/Fugitive Division Felony Arrest Report #PGSO

Upper Marlboro, MD…The Sheriff’s Office Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the following felony arrests:
  Drug Trafficking Suspect Arrested

Sheriff’s Deputies arrested John Drummond, of Capitol Heights, MD, who was wanted on an arrest warrant for Possession of a Firearm in relation to a Drug Trafficking crime obtained by County Police Regional Investigation Division (RID) on February 17, 2015. 

According to the warrant, County Police Detectives executed a search and seizure warrant at a residence in Capitol Heights, MD, and found 136.7 grams of suspected marijuana, two digital scales with drug residue, and a 9mm handgun. Following further investigation, detectives obtained the arrest warrant for Drummond.

Deputies’ investigation of Drummond’s whereabouts led them to a residence in the 900 block of Abel Avenue in Capitol Heights, MD. Deputies were granted access to the residence where they located Drummond.  Drummond was placed into custody without incident and transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections (DOC) for processing.

Drummond is also charged with CDS (Marijuana) Possession with Intent to distribute.
                 Armed Robbery                         

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Boluwatife Tubo of Lanham, MD, who was wanted on an arrest warrant for Armed Robbery that was obtained by Laurel Police on February 24, 2015.

According to the warrant, Tubo and two other suspects entered a known acquaintance’s hotel room, threatened the victim with a handgun and then searched through the hotel room and her luggage. Tubo allegedly stole the victim’s iPhone and purse before all suspects fled the scene.

During their investigations, the deputies determined that Tubo was located at a residence in the 6700 block of Woodstream Drive in Lanham. On February 27, deputies were granted entry into the residence where they found Tubo asleep in a bedroom; he was taken into custody and transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections (DOC) for processing.

Tubo is also charged with First and Second Degree Assault and Firearm Use/ Felony Violent Crime.
