Warrant/Fugitive Division Felony Arrest Report #PGSO

Upper Marlboro, MD…The Sheriff’s Office Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the following felony arrests:

First Degree Robbery Suspect Extradited

Sheriff’s deputies extradited Michelle Bigelow of Woodford, VA back to Prince George’s County, MD on November 16, 2016 from the Rappahannock Jail in Stafford, VA. Bigelow was wanted on an arrest warrant for First Degree Robbery issued on October 24th, 2016 by the District Court of Prince George's County.

According to the warrant, on October 16, 2016, at a convenience store in the 8000 block of Hampton Mall in Capitol Heights, MD, Bigelow and two other suspects are alleged to have entered the store, grabbed items off the shelves and placed it inside their clothing. When the store manager questioned their behavior, Bigelow allegedly struck the male victim on the side of the face with a closed fist. The suspect then fled the scene.

Bigelow is also charged with First and Second Degree Assault and Theft less than $1000.

First Degree Burglary Suspect Arrested

Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Prince Martin of Capitol Heights, MD on a warrant for First Degree Burglary that was issued by the County Police Department on October 21th, 2015.

On October 9th, 2015 County Police responded to a theft that had just occurred at a residential address in the 1000 block of Dutton Way in Capitol Heights, MD. Martin and two other suspects was alleged to have gained entry from the second story window, burglarized a residence, and fled the scene. Officers canvassed the area and detained Martin and one other suspect who fit witness descriptions. Unable to reach the homeowner, the two were released. After their release, a female victim reported the burglary and identified Martin as an acquaintance from school.

On November 14th, Deputies located Martin in the 5000 block of Folgate Court in Capitol Heights, MD. He was detained and transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections (DOC) for processing.

Martin is also charged with Burglary Third and Fourth Degree and Theft 1,000 to 10,000.
