Warrant/Fugitive Division Felony Arrest Report #PGSO

Upper Marlboro, MD…The Sheriff’s Office Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the following felony arrests:

 Home Invasion Suspect Arrested

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Chandell and Clante Brown of District Heights, MD, who were wanted on an arrest warrant for Home Invasion obtained by County Police on June 27, 2017.

According to the warrant, on June 9th, the Browns and several other female suspects went to a residence in the 2100 block of Rochelle Avenue in District Heights, MD, where they are alleged to have forced entry and assaulted a female victim. The warrant further states that the victim told the suspects to leave the property after which they knocked her to the floor causing an injury to her head, while other suspects assaulted her before fleeing the scene.

On June 27, Sheriff’s deputies learned that both Browns’ were located at a residence in the 1600 block of Addison Road, District Heights, MD. They were positivity identified and taken into custody without incident to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections.

The suspects are also charged with First and Second Degree Assault, Third Degree Burglary and Reckless Endangerment.

Theft Suspect Arrested

Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Claudette Williams, of Hyattsville, MD on an arrest warrant for Theft $1,000 to under $10,000 that was obtained by the County Police on May 15, 2017.

The warrant states that on September 26, 2016, at an animal hospital in the 7400 block of Annapolis Road, Hyattsville MD, Williams paid for all charges associated with animal care. The warrant further states that Williams later called the bank, saying that her credit card been stolen and which they removed the charges leaving and unpaid balance at the hospital of approximately 3,000.

On July 3rd, deputies’ investigation determined that Williams could be located at an address in the 2300 block of Fire House Road, in Landover MD where she was advised that there was an open warrant for her arrest. Williams was taken into custody and transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections without incident.
