The University of Maryland College Park School of Behavioral & Social Science members join the Teddy Bear Partnership. Dean and Professor of Psychology Gregory F. Ball, PH.D hosted Colonel Darrin Palmer a graduate of the school to present the Teddy Bears for the Sheriff''s Domestic Violence Intervention division (DVID). Domestic Violence Deputies give the bears to children on domestic violence calls to help comfort them. #PGSOisEverywhere
