Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Sean Williams on May 22, 2019 on a warrant for Robbery obtained by County Police detectives on May 19, 2019.
According to the warrant, on April 7, 2019, Sean Williams along with two male suspects were in the 8100 block of 15TH Avenue, Hyattsville, MD. Williams and the two men allegedly assaulted the victim by punching and kicking him in the face and knocking him down to the ground. Williams and the two male suspects then removed the victim’s wallet and his cell phone, after which they fled the scene.
Deputies investigating Williams whereabouts located him at his residence in the 3700 block of Halloway North, Upper Marlboro, MD. Williams’ relative answered the door and told deputies that Williams was in the residence. He was taken into custody and transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections without incident.
In addition to Robbery, Williams is also charged with Second Degree Assault, and Theft.
