Warrant/Fugitive Division Felony Arrest Report #PGSO

Upper Marlboro, MD…The Sheriff’s Office Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the following felony arrests:

First Degree Robbery Suspect Extradited

Sheriff’s deputies extradited Michelle Bigelow of Woodford, VA back to Prince George’s County, MD on November 16, 2016 from the Rappahannock Jail in Stafford, VA. Bigelow was wanted on an arrest warrant for First Degree Robbery issued on October 24th, 2016 by the District Court of Prince George's County.

According to the warrant, on October 16, 2016, at a convenience store in the 8000 block of Hampton Mall in Capitol Heights, MD, Bigelow and two other suspects are alleged to have entered the store, grabbed items off the shelves and placed it inside their clothing. When the store manager questioned their behavior, Bigelow allegedly struck the male victim on the side of the face with a closed fist. The suspect then fled the scene.

Bigelow is also charged with First and Second Degree Assault and Theft less than $1000.

First Degree Burglary Suspect Arrested

Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Prince Martin of Capitol Heights, MD on a warrant for First Degree Burglary that was issued by the County Police Department on October 21th, 2015.

On October 9th, 2015 County Police responded to a theft that had just occurred at a residential address in the 1000 block of Dutton Way in Capitol Heights, MD. Martin and two other suspects was alleged to have gained entry from the second story window, burglarized a residence, and fled the scene. Officers canvassed the area and detained Martin and one other suspect who fit witness descriptions. Unable to reach the homeowner, the two were released. After their release, a female victim reported the burglary and identified Martin as an acquaintance from school.

On November 14th, Deputies located Martin in the 5000 block of Folgate Court in Capitol Heights, MD. He was detained and transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections (DOC) for processing.

Martin is also charged with Burglary Third and Fourth Degree and Theft 1,000 to 10,000.

Warrant/Fugitive Division Felony Arrest Report #PGSO

Upper Marlboro, MD…The Sheriff’s Office Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the following felony arrests:

Attempted First Degree Murder Suspect Extradited

Sheriff’s deputies extradited Rodrico Jenkins of District Heights, MD back to Prince George’s County, MD on October 21th, 2016 from the Central Virginia Regional Jail in Orange, VA. Jenkins was wanted on an arrest warrant for Attempted First Degree Murder issued on August 17th, 2016 by the District Court of Prince George's County.

According to the warrant, on August 16th police responded to a shooting in the 1200 block of Drum Avenue in Capitol Heights, MD. Jenkins was involved in an argument with two males when he allegedly pulled and pointed a gun, fired it and fled the scene. The warrant states that the argument was related to an ongoing family issue and that Jenkins had previously made threats to the family.

Jenkins is also charged with Attempted Second Murder, First and Second Degree Assault and Firearm use in a Felonious Violent Crime.

First Degree Assault Suspect Arrested

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Keon Watson of Suitland MD, on an arrest warrant for First Degree Assault that was obtained by County Police on October 06, 2016.

According to the warrant, on October 5th, Watson was engaged in an argument that turned into a fight with a male in the 8600 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Highway in Glenarden, MD. During the altercation, Watson allegedly produced a handgun and shoved it into the male victim’s side, after which he fled the scene. The warrant further states that after further investigation, the County Police executed a search and seizure for Watson’s apartment and recovered controlled dangerous substances and weapons.

Upon receiving the warrant on October 11th, Sheriff Deputies located Watson at a residence in the 4000 block of Suitland Road in Suitland, MD. Watson was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, Md.

Watson was also charged with Second Degree Assault, CDS Possession with Intent to Distribute Narcotics, Firearm use in a Felonious Violent Crime, Illegal Possession of a Firearm, Illegal Possession Ammunition, Handgun on Person, and Theft less than $1,000.

Warrant/Fugitive Division Felony Arrest Report #PGSO

Upper Marlboro, MD…The Sheriff’s Office Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the following felony arrests:

 First Degree Assault Subject Arrested

Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Angel Rosendo Guzman-Cedillo, of Hyattsville, MD on an arrest warrant for Assault First Degree obtained by the County Police on November 6th, 2016.

The warrant states that on November 5th, police officers responded to the 8100 block of 14th avenue in Hyattsville, MD for a report of an assault. Officers arrived on scene and met with the victim who stated that he was asleep in bed when he was assaulted by Guzman-Cedillo. According to the warrant Guzman-Cedillo arrived home intoxicated and struck the victim on the head with a metal pole as he slept. The victim suffered a laceration to his head but was able to call 911.

Deputies went to the address where the incident occurred after determining that Guzman-Cedillo was staying at the residence. Deputies were granted entry and once inside a deputy observed a man matching the description of Guzman-Cedillo who attempted to flee through a rear window. Positively identified as Guzman-Cedillo, he was advised of the warrant, taken into custody, and transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections without incident.

Guzman-Cedillo is also charged with second Degree Assault.

 First Degree Assault Suspect Extradited

Sheriff’s Deputies extradited William McKinney (alias Brandon Bogtick) of Fort Washington, MD on an arrest warrant for First Degree Assault that was obtained by the County Police on September 12, 2014.
 
The Warrant states that on September 11, McKinney entered a 7-Eleven store in the 4900 block of Silver Hill Road and displayed a handgun. McKinney demanded money from the clerk and threatened to shoot her if she did not comply. McKinney stole approximately $50 dollars from the register before fleeing in an unknown direction. The incident was captured by surveillance video.

Deputies went to the Clinton Correction Facility in Dannemora, NY to extradite McKinney who was being held on a detainer filed by Prince George’s County Maryland District Court for the First Degree Assault Charge. On November 8th he was transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections without incident.
McKinney is also charged with Armed Robbery.
