Upper Marlboro, MD…  The Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest Wednesday of Ronald W. Morgan, on an arrest warrant for First Degree Assault obtained by County Police District III detectives on December 27, 2012.

According to the warrant, Morgan and two other suspects attempted to commit an armed robbery on September 22, 2012, in a parking lot in the 2300 block of Brightseat Rd, Landover, MD.
