Deputies Arrest First Degree Assault Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Jordi Villalobos on February 22, 2021, on a warrant for First Degree Assault obtained by the Hyattsville City Police Department on February 10, 2021.

According to the warrant, Detectives with the Hyattsville City Police were notified of an armed robbery that occurred on October 23, 2020, in the 3800 Block of Oglethorpe St. in Hyattsville MD. Detectives spoke with the victims, who reported being cornered by three suspects who were armed. The suspects are alleged to have assaulted them while pointing a firearm and taking property before fleeing the scene. Detectives were able to identify Villalobos as one of the suspects through their investigations.

On February 22nd, deputies were able to determine that Villalobos could be located in the 7400 Block of Jefferson St. in Hyattsville, MD. When deputies knocked on the door, Villalobos answered, allowing them to enter the home. Once inside, he was served the warrant, placed into custody, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, MD without incident.

Villalobos is also charged with an additional count of First-Degree Assault, two counts of Armed Robbery, Using A Firearm in The Commission of a Felony, two counts of Robbery, two counts of Second-Degree Assault, Handgun on Person and two counts of Theft Less Than $100.

Deputies Arrest Robbery Suspect

 

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Travonte Gervan Hogan on February 9, 2021, on a warrant for Robbery obtained by Hyattsville City Police on December 11, 2020.

According to the warrant, on December 2, 2020, police responded to the 2900 Block of Hamilton St. in Hyattsville, MD for a reported robbery. Officers learned that Hogan along with another suspect assaulted a victim, taking their personal belongings before fleeing the scene. Hogan is also alleged to have assaulted mall security while attempting to take money from a register. Detectives were able to identify Hogan as one of the subjects through their investigation.

On February 9th, deputies determined that Hogan could be located in the 4600 Block of 27th St. in Hyattsville, MD. When deputies knocked on the door Hogan answered allowing them to enter the home. Once inside deputies served him the warrant, placed him into custody, and safely transported him to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, MD without incident.

Hogan is also charged with Con-Robbery and two counts of Second-Degree Assault Six counts of Theft $100 to Under $1,500

Deputies Arrest Attempted First Degree Murder Suspect

 

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Daryl Kenneth Hubbard on February 5, 2021, on a warrant for Attempted First Degree Murder obtained by county police on November 6, 2020.

According to the warrant, on September 26, 2020 police responded to the 12500 Block of Parkton St in Fort Washington, MD, for a reported shooting. When officers arrived, they discovered a victim shot on the ground. The victim was transported to the hospital, where they received medical treatment. Detectives were able to identify Hubbard as the suspect through their investigation.

On February 5, deputies’ investigations led them to an address in the 16600 Block of Mannington Rd. in Accokeek, MD. When deputies arrived and knocked, Hubbard answered the door, was served the warrant and taken into custody. Deputies safely transported him to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro MD without incident.

Hubbard is also charged with Attempted Second-Degree Murder, two counts of First-Degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Using a Firearm in the Commission of a Crime, Carrying a Handgun on Person, Carrying a Loaded Handgun On Person, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance With The Intent To Distribute, Possession of Marijuana Over 10 Grams, and Carry a Firearm During And in Relations to a Drug Trafficking Crime.

Deputies Arrest Attempted First Degree Murder Suspect

 

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Ulysses-Tahir Joseph Ceazer on February 5, 2021, on a warrant for Attempted First Degree Murder obtained by county police on January 28, 2021.

According to the warrant, on August 7, 2020 police responded to the 9900 Block of Goodluck Rd in Lanham, MD, for a reported shooting. Police learned that Ceazer accompanied by four other suspects, was alleged to have fired a gun at several people causing injuries to one. The victim was transported to the hospital, where they received medical treatment. Detectives were able to identify Ceazer as the one of the suspects through their investigation.

On February 5, deputies determined that Ceazer could be located at an address in the 8500 Block of Biscayne Ct. in Upper Marlboro, MD. Deputies identified Ceazer inside where he was served the warrant, taken into custody, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro MD without incident.

Ceazer is also charged with two additional counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, three counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder. three counts of First-Degree Assault, Using a Firearm in the Commission of a Crime, three counts of Second-Degree Assault, three counts of Reckless Endangerment from a Car, three counts of Reckless Endangerment, Carrying a Handgun in a Vehicle, Carrying a Loaded Handgun in a Vehicle, Carrying a Handgun on Person, Carrying a Loaded Handgun On Person, three counts of Possession of a Firearm as a Minor and Illegal Possession of Ammunition.

Deputies Arrest Attempt First Degree Rape of a Minor Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD…  The Office of the Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Jose Augustin Vasquez on February 5, 2021, on a warrant for Attempt First Degree Rape of a Minor obtained by police on January 21, 2021.

According to the warrant on or about May 2013 through December 2014, a minor victim disclosed that Vasquez had allegedly engaged in sexual acts with them on several different occasions at a home located in Riverdale, MD.

On February 5th, deputies were able to determine that Vasquez could be located at an address in Riverdale, MD. When deputies knocked on the door Vasquez answered allowing them to enter the home. Once inside, deputies served him the warrant, placed him into custody, and safely transported him to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, MD, without incident.

Vasquez is also charged with two counts of Sex Abuse of a Minor, Attempt Second Degree Rape, Second Degree Assault, Third-Degree Sex Offense, Perverted Practice and Fourth Degree Sexual Contact.

Deputies Arrest First Degree Assault Suspect

 

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Brandon Lee on January 29, 2021, on a warrant for First Degree Assault obtained by county police on January 7, 2021.

According to the warrant, on January 7th, police responded to a call for someone shooting a gun in the 900 Block of Palmer Rd in Fort Washington, MD. When officers arrived, they learned that the victim had been involved in an argument with Lee, when he allegedly pulled out a firearm and began shooting at the victim before fleeing the scene. Detectives were able to identify Lee as the subject through their investigation.

On January 27th, deputies assigned to the warrant observed Lee entering a vehicle in the 5300 Block of 85th Ave in New Carrollton, MD. When deputies attempted to stop Lee, he drove away at a high rate of speed, disregarding traffic control devices and weaving in and out of traffic. A pursuit was not initiated in order to avoid unnecessary safety risk to the public.

On January 29th, deputies were able to determine that Lee could be located at a hotel in the 7700 Block of Baltimore Ave in College Park, MD. Lee was seen by deputies leaving his room attempting to flee, but deputies had him surrounded and ordered him to surrender. Lee was served the warrant, taken into custody, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, MD without incident.

Lee is also charged with Using a Firearm in the Commission of a Crime, Second Degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment From Car, Reckless Endangerment. Carrying a Loaded Handgun in a Vehicle and Carrying a Loaded Handgun on his Person.
