Deputies Arrested Attempted First-Degree Murder Suspects

 

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Elijah Adeboye Oyebanjo and Jarese D. Washington-Roulhac, on March 18, 2022, on warrants for Attempted First-Degree Murder obtained by the Capitol Heights Police Department on March 10, 2022. 


According to the warrant, on March 7, 2022, a Capitol Heights Police Officer, while on patrol in the 500 block of Capitol Heights Blvd. in Capitol Heights, MD, observed a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on the roadway. The vehicle was occupied by Oyebanjo and Washington-Roulhac, who were alleged to have discharged a firearm at a residence in Capitol Heights, MD. Through their investigation, police were able to identify both suspects.           

On March 18, 2022, deputies were able to determine the location of both subjects. Oyebanjo was located at an address in the 300 Block of Shady Glen Drive, and Washington-Roulhac was located in the 900 Block of Brooke Road in Capitol Heights, MD. Deputies knocked and residents at both addresses answered, allowing them to enter the home. Once inside, both Oyebanjo and Washington-Roulhac were identified in their bedrooms, served with their warrants, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections without incident.

Both Oyebanjo and Washington-Roulhac are charged with Attempted First-Degree Murder, 2 counts of Attempted Second-Degree Murder, 2 counts of Assault First-Degree, and 2 counts of Assault Second-Degree.

Deputies Arrest Possession of Child Pornography Suspect

 

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Juan Aldana-Gonzalez on March 23, 2022, on a warrant for Possession of Child Pornography obtained by county police on February 23, 2022.

According to the warrant, on April 29, 2020, detectives received several cyber-tips in reference to Child Pornography that was uploaded online. Detectives, through their investigation, were able to identify Aldana-Gonzalez as the suspect.

On March 23, 2022, deputies determined that Aldana-Gonzalez could be located at an address in the 2400 Block of Fire House Rd, in Hyattsville, MD. Deputies arrived and identified Aldana-Gonzalez walking towards the house, where he was served the warrant, placed into custody, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections without incident.

Aldana-Gonzalez is also charged with Knowingly Distributing Child Pornography.

Deputies Arrested Possession of Child Pornography Suspect

 

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Tyce Arthur Keys, on March 17, 2022, on a warrant for Possession of Child Pornography obtained by county police on February 23, 2022. 

According to the warrant, on September 22, 2021, Detectives, were notified by The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in reference to a child pornography case. Detectives through their investigation were able to identify Keys as the suspect that allegedly uploaded child pornography multiple times on a social media website.

On March 17, 2022, deputies determined that Keys was located at an address in the 6800 Block of Beaver Dam Road in Beltsville, MD. Deputies knocked on the door and Keys answered, allowing them to enter the home. Once inside, Keys was identified, served with the warrant, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections without incident. Prince George’s County Police Detectives were notified.

Keys is also charged with 6 counts of Possession of Child Pornography and 7 counts of Child Pornography Promotion and Distribution.

Deputies Arrest First Degree Assault Suspects

 

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Bryan Christian Bravo and Fernando Lima Ayala on March 17, 2022, on warrants for First Degree Assault and Robbery obtained by Riverdale Park Police on March 4, 2022.

According to the warrant, on March 4th, police responded to the 5300 Block of Riverdale Rd. in Riverdale Park, MD, for the report of a robbery. Police learned that the victim had been invited to a residence by an individual who they just recently met. The victim reported that when they arrived, Bravo and Ayala, along with another individual, were already waiting in the hallway of the apartment building. Bravo and Ayala allegedly assaulted the victim before taking the victim's personal property and fleeing the scene. Through their investigation, police were able to identify both suspects.       

On March 17th, deputies executed a warrant service for Bravo in the 5400 


Block of Riverdale rd. and another for Ayala in the 6200 Block of Fernwood Terrace in Riverdale, MD. Deputies knocked and residents at both addresses answered, allowing them to enter the home. Once inside, both Ayala and Bravo were served their warrants, placed into custody, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections without incident.

Both Bravo and Ayala are also charged with multiple counts of Assault and Robbery.

Deputies Arrest First Degree Assault Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Phillip LeCount Pressley on March 9, 2022, on a warrant for First Degree Assault obtained by the Bladensburg Police Department on February 22, 2022. 

According to the warrant, on February 22, 2022, officers with the Bladensburg Police Department responded to the 5800 Block of Annapolis Rd. in Bladensburg, MD for the report of an armed person. Police arrived and spoke with the victim who disclosed having an altercation with Pressley
after he arrived banging on the door of the house.  The warrant further states that Pressley entered the victim’s home and began damaging property before placing his hands around the victim’s neck causing injury. Pressley allegedly also shot at the victim’s door before fleeing the scene with the victim’s personal property. Through their investigation, police were able to identify Pressley as the suspect. 

On March 9, 2022, deputies, alongside the Bladensburg Police Department, determined that Pressley could be located at an address in the 1800 Block of Belle Haven Drive in Landover, MD. Deputies and officers knocked on the door and a resident answered allowing them to enter the home. Once inside, Pressley was located in a bedroom, where he was seen by officers dropping a loaded firearm and magazine out of the window, which were recovered by Bladensburg Police. Pressley was then served the warrant, placed into custody, and safely turned over to the Bladensburg Police Department for further investigation without incident.

Pressley is also charged with Second Degree Assault, Trespass Private Property, Malicious Destruction of Property, and Theft Less Than $100.

Deputies Arrest Attempted First Degree Murder Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Stephen Demetrius Lyles on March 3, 2022, on a warrant for Attempted First Degree Murder obtained by county police on February 13, 2022.  

According to the warrant, on February 12, 2022, police responded to the 8800 Block of Woodyard Road in Clinton, MD., for the report of an armed person with a weapon. Police spoke with the victim who reported having an argument with Lyles while at a business. Police further learned that during the argument, Lyles allegedly pointed a firearm and shot at the victim. Lyles fled the scene in an unknown direction. Through their investigation, Detectives were able to identify Lyles as the suspect.   

On March 3, 2022, deputies determined that Lyles was located at an address on Beth CT., in Indian Head, MD. Deputies observed a vehicle that was known to be driven by Lyles, leaving the address. Deputies conducted a traffic stop, and the vehicle driver was identified as the known associate of Lyles. Deputies returned to the original address and knocked on the door. Lyles surrendered peacefully, after approximately an hour and exited the residence where he was identified and served the warrant. He was placed into custody and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections without incident. Prince George’s County Police Detectives were notified.

Lyles is also charged with Attempted Second-Degree Murder, First-Degree Assault, using a Firearm in the Commission of a Crime, Second Degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Carrying a Handgun on his Person, Carrying a Handgun in Vehicle, Carrying a Loaded Handgun on his Person, and Carrying a Loaded Handgun in Vehicle.

Deputies Arrest First Degree Assault Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Spencer Ramone Sutton on February 25, 2022, on a warrant for First Degree Assault obtained by Town of Landover Hills Police Department on February 16, 2022.

According to the Warrant, on February 8, 2022, the Town of Landover Hills Police Department responded to the 6600 Block of Annapolis Rd. in Landover Hills, MD., for an armed suspect with a weapon. Upon arrival, police learned that Sutton and the victim had been involved in a verbal altercation. During the altercation, Sutton allegedly became aggressive, punching the victim in the face causing injury. Sutton fled in an unknown direction before the police arrived. Detectives, through their investigation, were able to identify Sutton as the suspect. 

On February 25, 2022, deputies determined that Sutton was located at an address in the 4000 Block of Cooper Lane in Landover Hills, MD. Deputies knocked, and a resident answered, allowing them to enter the residence. Once inside, Sutton was identified, served the warrant, placed into custody, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, MD, without incident. Sutton is also charged with Second Degree Assault.
