Deputies Arrest Second Degree Child Abuse Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Ifeanyi H. Adebusoye on May 26, 2021, on a warrant for Second Degree Child Abuse obtained by county police on May 16, 2021.

According to the warrant, on May 15th, detectives responded to a local hospital regarding a physical child abuse case. Detectives learned that Adebusoye had observed her minor child looking at inappropriate content on the internet, and allegedly began to abuse the child, causing severe physical injury that necessitated hospitalization.

On May 26th, deputies spoke with Adebusoye and convinced her to turn herself in. Adebusoye met with deputies where she was served the warrant, placed into custody, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, MD., without incident.

Adebusoye is also charged with Second Degree Assault.

Deputies Arrest First Degree Assault Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Brian Lee Toles on May 24, 2021, on a warrant for First Degree Assault obtained by county police on March 20, 2021.

According to the warrant, on May 20th, a victim walked into the police station to report an assault with a weapon that took place on May 10th, in the 8700 Block of Richboro Rd, in District Heights, MD. Detectives learned that the victim had agreed to meet with Toles to exchange their pet dog. The victim reported arguing with Toles when he allegedly pulled out a gun, pointing it at the victim’s face before leaving the scene. Detectives were able to identify Toles as the suspect through their investigation.

On May 24th, deputies’ investigation led them to an address in the 2700 Block of Campus Way N in Glenarden, MD. Deputies arrived and identified Toles walking out of a store. He was served the warrant, placed into custody, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, MD, without incident.

Toles is also charged with Second Degree Assault, Possession of a handgun, and Possession of a Handgun in a Vehicle.

Deputies Arrest First Degree Rape Suspect

 

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Maurice Darnell White on May 21, 2021, on a warrant for First Degree Rape obtained by county police on March 25, 2021.

According to the warrant, on or about August 1, 2019, through September 1, 2019, a minor victim disclosed that White had allegedly sexually abused them on several different occasions at a residence in Oxon Hill, MD.

On May 21st, deputies determined that White could be located at an address in the 2900 Block of Henson Bridge Terr, in Fort Washington, MD. When deputies arrived, White was no longer at the residence. Through their investigation, deputies determined that White was at a home in the 6700 Block of W Forest Rd. in Hyattsville, MD. White was identified in the house, where he was served the warrant, taken into custody, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, MD.

White is also charged with Sex Abuse of a Minor, Second Degree Rape, Second Degree Child Abuse, Third Degree Sex Offense and Second-Degree Assault.

Deputies Arrest Sex Abuse of a Minor Suspect


Upper Marlboro, MD…
The Office of the Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Henry Noe Morenco Quintanilla on May 21, 2021, on a warrant for Sex Abuse of a Minor obtained by county police on April 28, 2021.

According to the warrant, on and around November 1, 2017, through February 28, 2018, a minor victim disclosed that Quintanilla had allegedly engaged in sexual acts with them at a residence in Clinton, MD.

On May 21st, through their investigation, deputies were able to determine Quintanilla was at an address in the 6000 Block of Kirby Rd. in Clinton, MD. Deputies knocked, and a resident answered, allowing them to enter the home. Once inside, Quintanilla was located in a bedroom. He was served the warrant, taken into custody, and safely transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, MD. without incident.

Quintanilla is also charged with Second Degree Child Abuse, Third Degree-Sex Offense, Second-Degree Assault and Third Degree-Sex Offense.
