Upper
Marlboro, MD… The Office of the
Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Kingsley Asanji on
June 17, 2019 on a Sex Abuse of a Minor warrant obtained by County Police on
June 14, 2019.
According
to the warrant, a victim who is a minor disclosed that Asanji had allegedly
engaged her in sexual intercourse at a residence in Lanham, MD.
After
investigating the warrant deputies determined that Asanji could be located in
the 5600 block of Whitfield Chapel Road in Lanham, MD. Deputies went to the
location and knocked, Asanji answered the door and was taken into custody and
transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections for
processing.
Asanji
is also charged with Sex Offense Third Degree.
