                                 Sheriff’s Deputies Arrest First Degree Assault Suspect


Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff's Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Jerome Hall on March 22, 2019 for a First-Degree Assault warrant obtained by County Police on January 25, 2019.

According to the warrant, on January25th, Hall was engaged in a domestic dispute in the 800 block of Caslon Way, in Landover, MD. The female victim called a friend for help, whereupon Hall is alleged to have attacked the male friend of the victim when he exited his vehicle. During the fight, Hall allegedly produced a knife and cut the victim’s friend twice on his right hand. The man left the scene and went to a medical facility where he received stitches to repair two minor lacerations.

Deputies attempted service at the home on several occasions until, on an additional attempt at the residence, Hall answered the door. He was taken into custody and transported to County Department of Corrections.

Hall is also charged with Second Degree Assault, and Reckless Endangerment.
