Upper Marlboro, Md… The Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Warrant Squad reported the arrest of Jose Santos Amaya Portillo who was wanted for a Sexual Abuse of a Minor warrant issued by County Police in November of 2009. Portillo was also wanted for a Violation of a Protection Order warrant issued in July 2009.
According to the statement of charges, Portillo is alleged to have sexually abused an eight year old girl in July of 2009.The Cameron County Sheriff’s Department of Olmito, Texas notified the Sheriff’s Warrant Squad that they had Portillo in custody. Sheriff’s deputies brought him back to the County on December 9, 2011; he was turned over to the County Police, Criminal Investigations Division (CID) detectives.
