Warrant Deputies Arrest Attempted Rape Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD…  The Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest yesterday of Kevin Bradford Pinckney on an Attempted Second Degree Rape warrant issued June 13, 2012, by the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, MD, following a Grand Jury indictment for the February 2012 incident.

Deputies investigating Pinckney were led to an address in the 1500 Block of W Street, in S.E, Washington D.C, where Deputies assigned to the U.S. Marshal’s Regional Warrant Task Force located and apprehended Pinckney without incident.

Pinckney was transported to the District of Columbia Department of Corrections and charged as a Fugitive for Prince George’s County, MD, and is awaiting extradition. He is charged with Attempted Second Degree Rape, Attempted Fourth Degree Sex Offense, Fourth Degree Sex Offense, Second Degree Assault and False Imprisonment.
