The warrant indicates that during the January 30, 2012 robbery, Warrick entered the 7-11, produced a handgun and demanded money from the register. Deputies investigating Warrick’s whereabouts received information that he was to appear at the Upper Marlboro Courthouse for an unrelated matter on Friday July 6, 2012. Warrick appeared for the scheduled hearing and was taken into custody without incident.
Warrick was transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections where he is charged with Armed Robbery, Robbery, First and Second Degree Assault, Use of a Firearm while Committing a Violent Crime, Illegal Possession of a Handgun and Theft under $100. District III detectives were notified of Warrick’s arrest.
