Sheriff Melvin C. High joined Lt. Governor Anthony Brown, States Attorney Angela Alsobrooks, Police Chief Mark Mcgaw and other top law enforcement officials from around the state, outside of the State House in Annapolis this morning to urge the passage of gun legislation requiring the licensing of handguns, a ban on assault weapons and limiting magazine capacities to 10 rounds.
