Sheriff’s Deputies Arrest Theft Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Dijjonaisa Harvey Thursday, on an arrest warrant for Felony Theft obtained by County Police District I detectives on December 14, 2012.

According to the warrant, Harvey stole approximately $3,159.00 from Wal-Mart INC., located in the 6000 block of Annapolis RD. in Landover Hills, MD, between the dates of August 23, 2012 and September 19, 2012. Harvey was captured committing the thefts on the store’s surveillance cameras. The warrant further states that Harvey made fraudulent returns of the stolen items back to Wal-Mart, contributing to an additional loss of $3,159.00 to the store.

Deputies investigating the whereabouts of Harvey were led to the 3800 block of St. Barnabas Rd. in Suitland, MD, where she was located and apprehended without incident.

District I detectives were notified of Harvey’s arrest and she was transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections – charged with Theft Scheme and Felony Theft.
