Upper Marlboro, MD… During Police Week 2013, the Office of the Sheriff will hold a ceremony marking the official dedication of its “Fallen Heroes Memorial” and honor the lives of Sergeant James Arnaud and DFC Elizabeth Magruder, who died in the line of duty in 2002 while attempting to serve an emergency petition. .
