Warrant/Fugitive Division Felony Arrest Report #PGSO


Upper Marlboro, MD… The Sheriff’s Office Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the following felony arrests:
 
 
First Degree Assault Suspect Arrested


Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Patrick Hunnell of Riverdale, MD, who was wanted on an arrest warrant for First Degree Assault obtained by Riverdale Park Police Department (RPPD) on February 03, 2015.

 On January 5th, in the 6200 block of Kenilworth Avenue in Riverdale Park, MD, Hunnell and two other suspects were involved in an altercation with a male victim in a restaurant parking lot. The warrant indicates that during the altercation, one of the suspects “punched out” the victim’s vehicle window and fled the scene on foot.

According to the warrant, the victim cut off the three suspects with his vehicle and confronted them with what appeared to be a BB gun. The warrant states that the three suspects punched and kicked the victim in the face, head and torso, and left him beaten next to his vehicle.

Upon receiving the warrant on February 3th, Sheriff’s Fugitive Apprehension & Surveillance Team (FAST) Deputies’ investigation determined that Hunnell could be located at a residence in North Carolina.  On April 2th, FAST Deputies and with assistant from the New Hanover Sheriff’s Office (NHSO) located Hunnell in the 3800 block of New Holland Drive in Wilmington, NC. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the New Hanover detention center for processing while awaiting extradition back to Prince George’s County.

Hunnell is also charged with Assault Second Degree and Reckless Endangerment.


                                                       First Degree Assault Suspect Arrested
 
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Nikia Hill of Washington, DC on an arrest warrant for First Degree Assault that was obtained by County Police on August 25, 2014.
 
According to the warrant, on August 13, 2014, Hill was at an animal shelter in the 3000 block of Brown Station Road in Upper Marlboro, MD, when she attempted to leave with a dog in her purse without purchasing the animal. When a shelter employee asked her to stop, she refused and continued to the parking lot. The warrant further states that Hill allegedly put her vehicle in reverse, nearly striking the employee as she fled the scene.

Upon receiving the warrant, on March 26, 2015, Sheriff Deputies and members of the United States Marshals’ Fugitive Task Force located Hill at a residence in the 1000 block of East West Highway, Silver Spring, MD. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the County Department of Corrections (DOC) for processing.

Hill was also charged with Theft less than $1,000.
