Second Degree Rape Suspect Arrested
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Oliver Hernandez of New Carrolton, MD on a warrant for Second Degree Rape that was issued by the County Police on March 9, 2016.
According to the warrant, on November 2, 2014, while in a home in the 6000 block of 87th Avenue in New Carrolton, MD, Hernandez engaged in sexual contact with an underage victim. On April 28th, after several attempts, deputies located Hernandez at the residence of which the sexual assault is alleged to have occurred. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections.
Hernandez is also charged with First and Second Degree Assault and Fourth Degree Sex Offense.
