Our Fallen Heroes Memorial Ceremony in Remembrance of Sergeant Arnaud and Deputy First Class Magruder was made even more special. Devinn Magruder who graduates from high school this year was awarded a $5000 college scholarship by the Deputy Sheriff's Association. Devinn is the son of Deputy First Class Elizabeth Magruder; he was three years old when she was killed in the line of duty.
