Degree Assault Suspect Arrested
The warrant states that on April 11th,
Hernandez-Bonilla was in the 11400 block of Cherry Hill Road in Beltsville, MD.
According to the warrant he went into a wooded area with a person known to him and
produced a knife, pointed it at the man and demanded his property. The victim
in fear of his life gave Hernandez-Bonilla his belongings that included some
cash, a backpack and his iPhone.
On May 12th,
deputies received a call about Hernandez-Bonilla’s whereabouts. Deputies went to
the location, where they informed Hernandez-Bonilla about the warrant and placed
him into custody. He was transported to the Prince George’s County Department
of Corrections without incident.
Hernandez-Bonilla is also charged
with Armed Robbery, Robbery, Second Degree Assault, Dangerous Weapon with
Intent to Injure, and Theft $1,000 to under $10,000.
Sexual Abuse of a Minor
According to the warrant, a victim alleged
that Torres-Valladares had sexually abused them on one occasion, the suspect
voluntarily agreed to respond for an interview with detectives.
On May 15th Deputies arranged
for Torres-Valladares to meet with them in Hyattsville, MD. After they made
contact with him he was advised of the warrant, placed into custody, and transported
to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections.
Torres-Valladares is also charged
with Rape Second Degree, Second Degree Assault, and Sex- Offense Fourth Degree.
