Richard Johnson present awards to Polemarch Phillip Deboe of the Fort
Washington, (MD) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi and Junior Warden Duane Levy
of the Roscoe C. Cartwright Lodge #129 for their generous support of the
Sheriff’s Office Summer Camp. Kappa Alpha Psi provided shirts for all the
campers and Roscoe C. Cartwright Lodge, Worshipful Master Ebony Cullens and its
members provided a fabulous lunch for the campers and guests!
