Sheriff High and Colonel Palmer join Mr. Gary Beall and the Prince George’s County chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), where they were presented with over 100 Teddy Bears Sheriff’s deputies use to comfort small children they encounter at the scene of domestic violence incidents. NAIFA began the Teddy Bear Partnership over 20 years ago.
