Deputies Arrest Sex Abuse with a Minor Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of The Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Victor Molina Escobar on March 4, 2020, on a warrant for Sex Abuse with a minor obtained by county police on February 21, 2020.

According to the warrant, on October 26, 2019, a minor alleged that they had been sexually assaulted by Molina Escobar at a residence in Hyattsville, Maryland. Detectives were able to identify Molina Escobar as the suspect.

On March 4, 2020, deputies’ investigation led them to an address in Silver Spring, MD.  Deputies knocked on the door and spoke with a resident who allowed them to enter the home where they saw Molina Escobar. Deputies served him the warrant, took him into custody, and safely transported him to the Prince Georges County Department of Corrections in Hyattsville, MD without incident.

Molina Escobar is also charged with a Third-Degree Sex Offense, Second Degree Assault, and Fourth Degree-Sexual Contact.
