Deputies Arrest Armed Carjacking Suspect

 

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Office of the Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Jacorey Demari White on January 6, 2022, on a warrant for Armed Carjacking obtained by county police on December 16, 2021.  

According to the Warrant, on multiple occasions between July 28^th, and October 1, 2021, detectives learned that White and another suspect allegedly assaulted multiple victims, taking their vehicles and personal property, before fleeing the scene. Detectives were able to identify White as one of the suspects involved through their investigation. 

On January 6, 2022, deputies determined that White could be located at an address on Cindy Lane in Capitol Heights, MD. Deputies knocked, and a resident answered, allowing them to enter the home. Once inside, deputies located White in the bedroom. White was served the warrant, placed into custody, and safely transported to detectives with the Prince George’s County Police Department.

White is also charged with multiple Carjackings, three counts of Armed Robbery, three counts of Robbery, three counts of First-Degree Assault, three counts of Second-Degree Assault, three counts of Firearm Use, three counts of Theft, three counts of Motor Vehicle/Unlawful Taking, Reckless Endangerment, three counts of Unauthorized Removal of Motor Vehicle, six counts of Handgun on Person and Vehicle.
