Sheriff’s Deputies Arrest Felony Assault Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD…  The Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest yesterday of Wesley Delmar Bullock on an arrest warrant for First Degree Assault obtained by County Police District V detectives on November 22, 2012.

According to the warrant, Bullock and a male victim were riding together in a vehicle when they became engaged in a verbal argument.  The argument turned into a physical altercation, where Bullock punched the victim in the face and struck the victim in the head with a ball peen hammer.

Deputies investigating Bullock’s whereabouts were led to the 13800 block of Old Indian Head Road in Brandywine, MD, where he was located and apprehended without incident.

District V detectives were notified of the arrest and Bullock was transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections where he is being held on a $75,000 bond.  Bullock is charged with First and Second Degree Assault.
