Domestic Violence Intervention Deputies Arrest First Degree Assault Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD…The Prince George’s County Office of the Sheriff’s Domestic Violence Intervention Division (DVID) reported the arrest of Ashley Miller of Hyattsville, MD for First Degree Assault at an address  in the 7600 block of Allendale Circle, Landover MD on September 26, 2014.

According to the arrest report, Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Allendale Circle on September 26^th, for a Domestic Abuse 911 call for service. When Deputies arrived they discovered a male victim suffering from stab wounds to his arm.  The arrest report further states, that Miller and the victim had engaged in a verbal argument that that had begun the previous night and which resulted in Miller retrieving two kitchen knives, with which she taunted and chased the victim before “poking” him in the arm.  The victim escaped and called 911. He was treated for his injuries on scene.

Miller was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Prince George's County Department of Corrections.
