Sheriff High, Command Staff, Deputies and Civilian staff from the Office of the Sheriff visited over 50 National Night Out events. “National Night Out is a best-practice standard in police-neighborhood relations,” said Sheriff High. “As the National Town Watch website says, National Night Out, in the spirit of community building promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live. That’s a goal worth working toward and one we can all contribute to.”
