According to court documents, Francis was arrested on February 12, 2012 by County Police District II officers for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance Paraphernalia. Francis failed to appear for his scheduled court date for the charges and a subsequent Bench Warrant was issued for his arrest.
Deputies investigating Francis’ whereabouts were lead to an address in Queen Anne’s County, MD, where, with the assistance of the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office, deputies located and apprehended him without incident.
Francis was transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections – charged with Failure to Appear for court and Violation of Probation.
