Deputies Arrest Felony Drug Distribution Suspect

Upper Marlboro, MD… The Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest Thursday of Dominic Dixon on an arrest warrant for Failure to Appear, issued by the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, MD, on December 20, 2012.

According to the warrant, Dixon failed to appear in court for the charges of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) With Intent to Distribute, Possession of CDS, Delivering Drug Paraphernalia, and a traffic violation.

Deputies investigating Dixon’s whereabouts were led to an address in the 6100 block of Westchester Park Dr. in College Park, MD, where they located and apprehended him without incident.

The Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, MD, was notified of Dixon’s arrest and he was transported to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections – charged with Failure to Appear.
